Holistic Support – Personal and Online

Everyone brings a different story, different symptoms and different questions. That is why I do not work according to a fixed formula, but tailor my approach to your individual situation.

My consultations take place exclusively online by video or, depending on your needs, by telephone.

Is Online Support Right for Me?

During the complimentary introductory call, we first determine whether your concerns are suitable for online support. As a physical examination is not possible online, there may be situations in which an in-person medical examination or further assessment by a physician is needed first.

If this applies to you, I will let you know. Your safety and the responsible handling of your health concerns always come first.

Introductory Call – Orientation & Getting to Know Each Other

Duration: approx. 15 minutes

A brief, no-obligation opportunity to get to know each other. We will talk about your concerns and current situation and determine whether online support with me is appropriate and suitable for your needs.

You will receive some initial guidance on possible next steps.

Comprehensive Health History Consultation

Duration: 60 minutes by video or telephone, plus preparation and follow-up
Fee: €249

This consultation gives us the time to explore your health history and current situation in depth. We look at your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, current stresses, psychosomatic factors and personal resources.

Existing medical reports, laboratory results and other medical documents can be taken into account where they are relevant to your concerns.

The aim is to better understand possible connections and identify a clear thread for the next steps in your support.

Integrative Health Consultation

Duration: 60 minutes by video or telephone, plus preparation and follow-up
Fee: €249
VAT-exempt under § 4 No. 14 German VAT Act (UStG)

Based on your health history and any available medical findings, we look together at possible connections and at the areas that may be relevant to your individual situation.

These may include nutrition and micronutrients, gut health and the microbiome, metabolism and blood sugar, hormonal factors, the immune system, sleep, stress regulation, environmental and lifestyle factors, as well as psychosomatic and functional connections.

Physical symptoms for which no clear organic cause has yet been identified, as well as challenging periods in life, can also be included in this broader perspective.

When Your Body Reacts Sensitively to Many Things

When the body is particularly sensitive or reactive, less can sometimes be more. Rather than introducing many changes at once, it may be helpful to first create greater calm, stability and orientation, and then take a closer look step by step.

This allows you to schedule further consultations flexibly, whenever they are useful for your individual situation.

My online support does not replace any necessary medical examination, diagnosis or treatment by a physician.

In particular, acute, newly developed, unexplained or significantly worsening symptoms may require an in-person medical examination. In an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency medical services without delay.

For this reason, whether online support is appropriate for your concerns is assessed individually before we begin working together.
